Bob Ralston - CEO

Bob Ralston is the CEO and founder of Feeney Wireless. Prior to his involvement with Feeney, Bob worked for an Oregon-based electric utility from 1984 to 1999. During that time Bob oversaw the development of one of Oregon's first cellular mobile data systems used for electronic service order dispatch. The successful implementation of this system jump started Bob's interest in mobile data technology and in 1999, he started Feeney Wireless.

During the startup of the company, Bob worked passionately on developing a core competency in engineering rather than focusing solely on the sales end of the business. Under his direction, Feeney Wireless has made a name for itself as a systems integrator and a product company, with a strong background in engineering. Bob's business approach has propelled Feeney Wireless from a one-person outfit to a nationally recognized product developer and technology development company delivering advanced wireless solutions to all industries

Ethan Ralston - President

Since 2003, Ethan Ralston is responsible for all company operations within Feeney Wireless. Ethan has established Feeney Wireless as a leader within the M2M industry with a nationwide sales presence, renowned technical support and customer care operations and an expanding and innovative product lineup. In his last 5 years with Feeney, Ethan has lead the growth behind the company's practice within the Federal Government vertical including departments from the Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, and many others. Ethan's experience includes extensive knowledge in various hardware and software platforms for Mobile and M2M applications. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Computer Information Technology from the Lunquist College of Business at the University of Oregon.

Steve Cary - Vice President

Steve Cary is the Vice President for Feeney Wireless, with responsibility for developing and executing the firm's strategic marketing efforts. Steve leads all marketing and communications activities, including: branding, collateral development, messaging and outbound communications. Steve is responsible for product development initiatives across the organization and oversees their strategic positioning in the marketplace.

Prior to joining Feeney Wireless in 2009, Steve was Director of Business Development for RE2 Inc., a specialty robotics firm serving the Department of Defense (DoD) and the rapidly emerging field of unmanned ground robotics. Steve was responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing market research strategies within the company's DoD customers, including the Army, Navy and Air Force. Steve has over 10 years experience in the IT industry and has extensive experience in product development, consulting and systems integration. Prior to joining RE2, Steve served as a consultant for a successful software startup, Landslide, Inc., guiding their product development strategy. Steve holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA in Communications from the University of Washington.

Justin Bloom - Chief Technology Officer

Since joining Feeney Wireless in 2004, Justin Bloom has architected and managed the deployment of many complex cellular wireless data systems for a variety of applications, including public safety, transportation and surveillance. Justin is responsible for managing Feeney's technical infrastructure and product engineering, including integration, deployment, and support processes. Justin holds a BSEE (Electrical and Computer Engineering) from Oregon State University and has been instrumental to the growth of Feeney Wireless.

Justin provides key technical understanding and works closely with Bob Ralston to research and develop new products and solutions. Justin is responsible for the outside and inside engineering and technical teams and provides continuing training to these individuals.

Patricia Brennan - Controller

With over twenty years accounting and management experience, Pat Brennan is responsible for managing the daily operations of the firm, including accounting, human resources and forecasting. Since joining Feeney Wireless in 2006, Pat has worked to refine and streamline the firm's operations to provide a solid foundation for growth and expansion.

Pat has a long and dedicated career in accounting operations. Prior to joining Feeney Wireless, Pat worked as a self employed consultant where she specialized in implementing new accounting systems, training staff and providing fiscal guidance to her clients. She also served as Manufacturing Manager for Rosen SunVisor Systems and Controller for Philips Electric where she oversaw several mergers and acquisition activities. Pat also served as Bidding Coordinator and Treasurer for The Hoedads, Inc., an organization whose innovative business model revolutionized tree planting practices within the forest industry.

Chris Anderson - Director of Video Surveillance

As Director of Video Surveillance, Chris Anderson is responsible for day-to-day management of Feeney's camera and video systems division. In his four + years with Feeney, Chris has served as principal architect and subject matter expert for various remote surveillance and IP and video systems. Anderson has designed and deployed video systems for customers such as WSDOT, Seattle PU/DOT, US Marshalls and others. Anderson has over 15 years experience in the IT industry, including consulting, sales, distribution and market research. Anderson also holds vendor certifications for Milestone Xprotect (Corporate, Enterprise and Analytics), Insight Video Net from CMS Software, IQInvision and Netmotion Mobility Engineer.
